Connecting SAP Business One with a B2B e-commerce website is typically an extremely costly proposition. Add in the cost of customization and of the website itself, and the price can be staggering. It doesn’t stop there – most solutions require a hefty renewal fee that can easily exceed $10,000 per year.
Our solution allow customers to place orders online, while Axis does all the order processing in B1. Each customer sees only the assigned prices. Customers can use the website to review past orders and invoices, even the ones that were placed and fulfilled years before the website was built. New products, price changes and fulfilled orders all synchronize automatically, saving hours of time each day and avoiding human error. The price for all this? We can’t publicize it online, but it was considerably less even than out-of-the-box B1/e-commerce integrations.
A convenient previously ordered products section lets customers easily order their regular items. For less frequently ordered products, a mega-menu and dynamic search make finding the right products faster and more intuitive. The checkout page is customized too, allowing customers to add contacts and shipping addresses, or choose from a list of saved addresses and contacts.
Customers have full access to review their account and order products no matter where they are, on a cell phone or a computer.
